Charge
cards are not processed until orders are ready to ship.
If your order is not in stock, your card will not be charged
until the product has come in and is ready to ship. The exception
to this is our "Keepsake Pillow" and "Custom
Text Pillow" line which are made per order. These items
will be charged upon receipt of order and take approximately

- 7
business days for production.

Each Order is to a single address and for a single shipment.
If it is indicated on our Web site that an item will not be
available to ship until a certain date, the other items on
that order will need to be shipped at the same time, otherwise
it would incur an additional shipping charge.
Returning Customers do not need to "Log In"
to receive their 5% discount. Place your order normally. All
orders are tracked by e-mail address. If your e-mail address
has changed, please notify us or go to My
Orders - Tracking
and change your e-mail address before ordering.

PO Boxes: Addresses to PO
Boxes can only be shipped through United States Postal Services
. Unfortunately, there is no option for tracking these packages.
APO Address: Military address can only be sent through
United States Postal Services. Unfortunately, there
is no option for tracking these packages.
UPS Overnight or USPS Overnight (for PO & APO Boxes)
. Available for most orders. See price at "Check
Out" NOTE: Overnight shipping is not
available for some areas of the country. We do not know which
areas or cities these are until actually shipping the package.
They still charge us the same but do not guarantee the overnight
but two day. This is common in more rural areas of the United
States.
Canada
& Europe: 4-10 Day Shipping - See pricing at "Check
Out" NOTE: We have no control over weather
or not a country charges you customs or other misc. charges!.
Our rate simply guarantees shipping charges to your address.
We have noticed, over the years, that each countries' policies
concerning duties is very inconsistent. For instance, we've
shipped several packages to the same person, same address,
and they've paid no duties on the large expensive packages
and were charges for the small inexpensive package. One would
think it would be opposite but....???? A good portion of the
time, there are no additional charges.

Shipping Charges on Backorders:
If the item is out of stock and was not indicated as such
at the time of sale, Cherry Lane Keepsakes will incur
the shipping cost for the "Backorder". If an order
was placed with products that were indicated as being "Out
of Stock", the entire order will need to wait for that
particular item to avoid additional shipping charges. You
will be promptly notified if products are "Out of Stock".
Notification is through the e-mail address you provided
when placing your order.

5-7 Business days. Even with this short turnaround time (the
fastest on the Web), all of our custom text and "Keepsake
Pillows" are Individually Hand Made and/or Custom Embroidered
here in Utah.
Gift
Items: Products usually ship within 24 Business Hours.
Demdaco, Howard Miller, Manual Woodworkers & Weavers,
Boyds Bears, Yankee Candles (most of our companies except
"Keepsake Custom Pillows", are usually in
stock and will ship within 24 Business Hours (Saturdays, Sundays
and Holidays not included). If your item is out of stock,
you will be promptly notified. Notification
will be through the e-mail address you've supplied us.
RUSH ORDERS:

Below, please find an estimate of the number of BUSINESS
days (Mon. - Friday) UPS Ground will take for you
to receive your shipment. We've found this to be 95% accurate.
Holidays and the Christmas season take longer. We normally
take only 24-48 hours to process and ship your order (Mon.
- Friday), so add another day or two for processing and you
can get a very good idea of when the package will reach your
door. Note: Custom "Keepsake Pillows" and
Custom Embroidered orders take an additional 5 - 7 days for
production (this is still the fastest on the Web).

Returns
Returns:
Products must be returned in the original package and/or packing
materials. Please do not destroy packages when opening. Products
must be in new condition, not damaged, used or soiled in any
way. Notification to Cherry
Lane Keepsakes, from receipt of goods, must be made
by e-mail within 72 hours. PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR ORDER
INDICATING WHICH ITEMS YOU RETURNING.
Your money
will be refunded (cards credited in most cases), less shipping
and handling charges within 30 days of return receipt of goods
(usually much sooner).

All orders are final 8 (eight) days after the order
is delivered.
Customer is responsible for contacting Cherry Lane Keepsakes
regarding returns.
Cherry Lane Keepsakes is not responsible for misdirected
mail or E-mail for any unforeseen delays in shipping.
All unauthorized returns will be refused upon arrival.
We will not accept any returns on "special design"
custom orders.
Cherry Lane Keepsakes will refund the cost of any returned
items minus shipping, if the item is not custom and it is
returned within the specified time and conditions.
Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer on
all items and will be deducted from any returns.
All items are sent "Insured" with the shipper. If
there is any damage at the time you receive the item you must
notify us immediately.
Any sign of external package damage must be noted to the shipping
company (UPS, or freight companies) at the time of delivery.

ways to track your order. (1) UPS should have sent you an
e-mail, at the time of shipment, with a link for tracking
your order. (2) All orders, on our Website, are tracked by
e-mail address. Just go to the "Returning Customers,

Orders - Tracking" link and enter your e-mail. If
you chose not to include your e-mail when ordering, you'll
need to contact us for tracking.
