in education and wanted a really great tote bag for school and
organization. I found this on another website but they couldn't
get it to me in time. I ended up doing a search of the web and
found your site....which I love by the way. You carry lots of
my favorite brands and some I have never heard of. So I was
ecstatic to find out you had this bag in stock and could get

Woo-hoo! What service! Sure makes me wonder why we spent
most of today trying to find one in North Houston that we'd
need to package ourselves & mail by 5pm today. Was going

I just wanted to take a moment and drop you a note and let
you know how what an impressive job your online and customer
service staff does on ensuring that your customers are taken
care of and made to feel that you value them. Steve
I placed an order in the beginning of January -- with every
change, because an item was back ordered or for any reason,
I was alerted and asked if this was okay, did I want to change
my shipping instructions, etc. It really made me feel like they
cared and more importantly that my business was of value to
them. If that wasnt enough, when my apartment building
refused the package and I got a letter from UPS saying that
I had to pick it up by a certain day or it would be shipped
back and I knew I would be on the road for business then I took
a shot and wrote them asking what to do; even though I felt
like it wasnt your problem that it happened. I got a reply
within 12 hours (amazing as that sounds) and said that while
their records showed delivery, they would file it and if it
got returned they would let me know. And if I returned from
my business trip and my package wasnt there to let them
know. But I didn't have to do that because two days later I
got an email from them that said the package had been returned
and what would I like to do. How could they help? I was amazed.
I shop online all the time, and work for a company that has
a big eCommerce business (which I can tell you should take some
lessons from your team) and NEVER has anyone delivered the customer
service that your company has. I truly don't have enough compliments
to hand out to them and they job they do. Their service has
earned you a customer for life. They told me I didnt have
to write you directly they would share my other notes with you,
but I really felt like it was important for me to take the time
and tell you personally how impressive they are. Sincerely,

I emailed, last week, about the little display cards w/the
Willow Tree figurines. When I first started collecting them,
I didn't know that the cards were to be displayed along w/the
figurines, so, they got thrown away. Michelle answered my email,
found the cards I had requested; one figurine had been discontinued;
& mailed them to me. I left a msg on your VM, re: the wonderful
customer service that I rec'd. I think you are an outstanding
company to offer the customer service that you do, esp, since
I have never ordered anything from your company before. Your
company & Michelle are to be commended for the phenomenol
customer service that she gave. I just wanted to say, "Thanks"
& let her know that I had rec'd the cards! I have been telling
my friends & co-workers about what a nice company you are
to do that for me, & saved your site on my "favorites"
